Our personal development courses will help you develop your non-technical skills across a range of topics including communication and presentation, technical writing, innovative thinking and mentoring. We also offer a course to support new managers develop the skills they need to succeed.

These courses have been created specifically for chemical, process and biochemical engineers, and are delivered by Chartered Chemical Engineers, setting them apart from other more general personal skills training.
