Elliott P Lander, Managing Director, ATR. 

Elliott Lander is the Founder, Managing Director, ATR Inc, which he has led for 30 years. He is a top consultant in the area of digital procedure program management and digital transformation to enable mobility and content personalization. He is an expert in the area of human factored procedures and one of the core team founders of the Abnormal Situation Management Consortium and the Texas A&M Next Generation Procedure Consortium. Being a thought leader, Elliott has been invited to present and share his views at many panels and conferences as a key note speaker. He has a BSc in Chemistry and Physics from William and Mary University and a MSc in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
