Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is indispensable for advancing Total Quality Management (TQM), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Process Safety Management (PSM) in mining and mineral processing operations. This discussion will delve into how AI’s data-driven TQM decision-making can lead to enhanced automation, superior quality control, and improved predictive maintenance practices, all aimed at significantly boosting product quality and operational efficiency.
We will also explore AI’s role in optimizing processes, providing predictive analytics, supporting employee training, and tracking performance metrics to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lastly, we will highlight how integrating AI in TQM and CI ensures robust PSM through predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, risk assessment, and cost-saving measures to prevent accidents and uphold safety standards.
