Overview
A well established gas/liquid transfer mechanism offers particular technical advantages for gas cleaning and the treatment of emissions to air. The mechanism will be explained and recent developments outlined.

Clive Hadfield CEng CEnv MRSPH MEI MCMI AMIChemE has been involved in the exploitation of Scrubbed Horizontal Film technology for various applications since 1978. The original technology was invented in 1968 and over 200 units were installed world wide. Clive has patented a new form of the technology, which offers particular benefits for gas cleaning. He is involved in further developments via his input to Strimplates UK Ltd.
