This talk will cover an overview on the development of various clean combustion technologies and ongoing research towards their wider applications and showcase the research-integrated teaching and learning to better engage with postgraduate students for them to get interested and motivated to gain more knowledge beyond lectures.
This webinar is aimed at early career researchers/academics and postgraduate students.
Speaker
Dr Jun Li, Lecturer, University of Strathclyde
Dr Li is a lecturer in the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, he received PhD degree in energy engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden, and worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Glasgow. Dr Li's research is focusing on the development and optimisation of bioenergy technologies, enabling the wider use of biomass waste streams as a sustainable resource for the production of energy, fuels and materials, to advance a low-carbon circular society.
