Overview
This site visit aims to expose the BESIG members to the processes of biowaste treatment and the upcycling of organic by-products using an insect-based approach.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the Entomal Mobile Bioconversion System, which is a decentralised waste management system using Black Soldier Fly larvae to convert organic waste into valuable resources.
Time
14:00–17:30 MYT.
Please note: registration is required and on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to IChemE BESIG members. Transportation to the site is not provided.
