The winners of each award will be decided by a subcommittee appointed by the Tyneside Member Group, and those shortlisted will be advised in advance of the annual dinner.

Future Technology Leader Award

This award will recognise the outstanding achievements of a chemical or process engineer under 30 years of age on 16 October 2024, who lives or works in the Tyneside region.

Outstanding Engineering Merit Award

This award will recognise individuals who have achieved significant accomplishments in a particular area of engineering activity in the past year.

Distinguished Engineering Achievement Award

This award will recognise individuals who are outstanding in professional qualities and have top reputation for engineering leadership and accomplishments. Applicants will be part of senior leadership team with responsibilities for personnel and budget.
