Overview

An opportunity to visit Victrex Plc.'s monomer manufacturing site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Victrex Plc. is a world leader in high performance aromatic polyketone solutions. The visit will consist of a presentation from the Victrex team and a tour around the production plant at this facility.

The tour will be followed by a Sheffield Members Group Committee meeting for those wishing to attend.

Directions

For sat nav users, please use S61 4QH. Access from the the M1. Use Junction 34 onto Meadow Bank Road. At the round about turn right onto New Wortley Road then on to A6123 and left onto Ginhouse Lane at the round about. On arrival park and sign in at reception.

By train or bus: 15 minutes walk from Rotherham Central.

By supertram: 15 minute walk from Rotherham Central or Rotherham Parkgate.

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

The site requirement is for safety glasses, hard hats, long sleeves and safety boots. Please bring PPE if you have it and high vis waterproof jacket in case of rain.
