Overview

You are invited to attend a Get Chartered event, hosted by the Scottish Member Group. We will be joined by Aaron Pennie, IChemE Regional Executive for Scotland, as well as Owen Whitfield, a Stage 3 assessor for IChemE's Chartership process. The event will also be a great opportunity for networking across Scotland's chemical engineering community.

Owen Whitfield, Chemical Engineer

Owen is a chemical engineer with wide ranging experience in chemicals and related sectors gained over 34 years with BP. He held senior positions in: - technology development, commercialisation and licensing; manufacturing and technical support; project management and execution and health, safety and the environment. He is a Fellow of the IChemE and a C&C Report Assessor and a visiting Fellow at his alma mater, the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (CBE) at the University of Sheffield.
