The event includes a drinks reception followed by a four course dinner, awards ceremony, guest speaker and music until late with ‘Sweet Rhythm’, an 18-piece Big Band. There will also be ample opportunity to network amongst friends and colleagues with a late bar.

Awards

During the dinner a variety of Engineering Excellence Awards will be presented by each of the hosting institutions, with high-profile figures from the Chemical Engineering industry attending the dinner and presenting the awards. This year's awards are:

• University Design Project of the Year Award
• Young Chemical Engineer of the Year Award

Nominations should be submitted no later than 17:00 on 20 March 2020.

The winners of each award will be decided by a subcommittee appointed by the North West Members Group, and those shortlisted will be advised in advance of the Annual Awards Dinner.
