Paul Vargas, Process Development Lead, Unilever
Paul has over 12 years of industry experience across the FMCG sector covering engineering, supply chain and research and development. Paul has delivered extensive innovation projects across the homecare category including portfolio transformations and global capital expenditure programmes.
George Wright, Lead Process Engineer at C-Capture Ltd
George graduated from Imperial College London with an MEng in chemical engineering. He has extensive experience in the energy transition space, working on carbon capture and storage technology. He was recently recognised as one of Leeds and West Yorkshire’s Top 30 Under 30.
Grace Cunningham, Senior Process Engineer at AstraZeneca
Grace has an MEng from Aston University and an EngD from the University of Birmingham. She has experience in R&D and manufacturing across food and drink, FMCG, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Ben Jones, Process Engineer at Vishay Newport
Ben graduated from Swansea University with an MEng in chemical engineering and subsequently began working at Newport Wafer FAB, now known as VISHAY Newport. This facility serves as a manufacturing site producing various types of semiconductors.
With over four years of experience in the semiconductor industry, primarily focused on photolithography, Ben’s responsibilities include supporting the introduction of new products in the photolithography process, managing a site-wide scrap reduction project aimed at cost savings, and sustaining manufacturing processes within the photolithography area.
