Ignacio Aparicio
He works as a process development manager at Unilever in the ice cream business group. He transfers process technologies developed in our pilot plant to different factories. He also works developing innovative and more efficient processes to produce ice creams in traditional and new formats, with special focus on waste reduction.
Before joining Unilever, Ignacio worked as a consultant and project engineer at BHR Group (Cranfield) specialising in mixing technologies and at Procter and Gamble as a graduate engineer. He obtained a MEng in chemical engineer from University of Salamanca (Spain).
He has been a member of the Milton Keynes Group since 2012, holding the roles of communications secretary and school liaison officer.
