Hosam is a lecturer at the University of Manchester, department of Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science. He obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the same University and an MSc in Biotechnology from the then UMIST. He has worked for several years in the Pharmaceutical industry in Process Validation, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to that, he has spent several years in the Oil and Gas industry in instrumentation and process control.
