Dynamic Project Management with Cost and Schedule Risk Seminar
- Date From 15th October 2018
- Date To 15th October 2018
- Price 0
- Location One Birdcage Walk, Manufacturing Room, first floor, Westminster, London SW1H 9JJ
Overview
Engineers in their project roles from design to product development, new process, and or operations are exposed to big major sources of risk, cost and time, as any other project management in energy companies. Risk management allows engineers to identify and quantify risk events and overall risks to manage them proactively, optimising project success by minimising threats and maximising opportunities.
This seminar helps and clarifies how engineers can perform quantitative risk analysis and contingency analysis on project management, and improve their skills to analyse uncertainty, identify and classify project risk on cost and time, run and interpret Monte Carlo simulations, determine critical paths and activities, and estimate and interpret probabilities associated with overruns on cost-schedule overruns.
Benefits to attendees
- Practical and interactive seminar with experts in project management for energy companies
- Real case studies to demonstrate the project management challenges associated with cost and schedule risk
- Access to the support material describing the methodologies to implement risk management in engineering projects
