Minerva Ledezma Martinez
Minerva is a Professor in Chemical Engineering at Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Mexico State Campus, in Mexico.
She graduated from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico, with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and MSc in Chemical Engineering (Process Integration). She gained a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science at The University of Manchester, UK.
Along with her PhD studies, she worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. She participated in several extra-curricular activities such as the Manchester Mexican Society President and student representative at the Centre for Process Integration (CPI) at the University of Manchester, UK.
Minerva has been an IChemE Associate Member since 2016. She previously worked as a Senior Consultant Engineer (ENG Services) at AspenTech, Mexico. She also volunteered as a Global Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) Co-Chair and as a Latinx Forum member.
