Upon joining Genesis, graduates are assigned a dedicated mentor and are enrolled into our Accredited Training Scheme. Working with their Line Manager and Mentor, graduates will be immersed into our way of working and be assigned a variety of projects exposing them to daily challenges faced across the energy industry. Engineers will also have the opportunity to broaden their skills and background through rotations into different departments such as Specialist Technical Services. To supplement ‘on the job learning’ graduates will be enrolled into our internal early years career programme and have access to external courses to further develop their engineering knowledge.
