Elaine Martin

Elaine is a co-opted member of the committee and brings specific focus and expertise on the topic of Technicians.

Elaine holds the position of Professor of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Leeds, having previously been Acting Head, School of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials at Newcastle University. In 2010 she was awarded the OBE for Services to Science.
