Sameen Barabhuiya

Sameen is a first-class Master’s chemical engineering graduate from the University of Nottingham and is experienced across multiple industries and roles, including managing risk reduction for a legacy plant; as a production engineer at a silicone's polymer plant; and at an engineering consultancy serving clients in the oil and gas industries.

More recently, Sameen joined a site’s project engineering team, designing, and delivering capital projects to improve production of agrochemicals and intermediates. In 2019, Sameen was invited to represent IChemE at the ‘Voice of the Future’ event at the Houses of Parliament.
