Suzanne Hay

Suzanne is a professional chemical engineer with over twenty years in the engineering consulting industry. She is currently a Principal at Beca in process engineering, in the Auckland Industrial team. Her work focuses on process safety, critical risk, hazardous substances, chemical and process engineering, design at different project stages, process simulation, project and people management across a broad range of industries. She has a PhD (chemical and materials engineering) in off-gas treatment in aluminium smelting from the University of Auckland.
