Lucas is a Chartered senior process engineer (CEng MIChemE) experienced in the design, operation, commissioning and optimisation of processing facilities in the mining, chemicals and resources industry.

With a focus on refinery design in the battery and critical minerals space, he has experience across a wide range of projects from $10M EPC lump sum to +$1B EPCM projects. He is passionate about business strategy, minerals policy, asset decarbonisation, coaching and mentoring young professionals and students.
