• Customised package – a more tailored training experience with light-touch customisation to align course content with your team's specific technical challenges, processes or industry focus. By addressing your key priorities upfront, we will enhance the relevant and impact of the training.

Whichever package you choose, you can add a premium follow-up session. Our trainer will spend a day meeting virtually with course participants after the course to:

• recap key learning points
• reflect on how the training has been applied
• provide guidance for continued development.

This optional session will take place four to eight weeks after the course. It is designed to reinforce learning, ensure long-term impact, and support confident, sustained performance improvement.
